Jess Anderson, Ed.S., is a Senior Curriculum Specialist at Everyday Speech, where she develops research-based resources that empower students of all abilities to thrive in social-emotional learning and communication. With nearly a decade of experience as a school psychologist, Jess has dedicated her career to supporting students’ mental health and social-emotional development. Her approach is grounded in neurodiverse-affirming practices and practical strategies that make life easier for educators while fostering growth, inclusion, and success for every student.
