About the Presenters
Brittany Brunell
Brittany Brunell, M.S. CCC-SLP, is the co-founder and Chief Learning Officer of Everyday Speech. She is a former school and private practice Speech-Language Pathologist. Brittany founded the company in 2014 after recognizing the power of video modeling and seeing the need for quality pragmatic language and communication resources.
Today, over 70,000 educators use Everyday Speech including SLPs, social workers, teachers, and psychologists. Everyday Speech is a global organization based in Boston. In her free time, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons and traveling when they have the chance.
Jess Anderson
Jess Anderson, Ed.S., is a Curriculum Lead at Everyday Speech, where she develops research-based resources that empower students of all abilities to thrive in social learning and communication. With nearly a decade of experience as a school psychologist, Jess has dedicated her career to supporting students’ mental health and social skills development. Her approach is grounded in neurodiverse-affirming practices and practical strategies that make life easier for educators while fostering growth, inclusion, and success for every student.
